Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
Delivery charges are excluded from refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered.
For a different size or style, please place a new order and return the original piece in accordance with our return policy.
Return Shipping
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
We advise using a tracked and insured service, as Zutra cannot be held liable for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
