At Zutra, we aim to process and deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please review the information below regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

Delivery timeframes begin after your order has been shipped, not when the order is placed.

United Kingdom Shipping

All UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
  • Express Delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to circumstances outside our control.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International services.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Please note that international delivery times may be affected by customs processing or local postal services.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Zutra is not responsible for these charges.

If a parcel is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping or re-delivery costs.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:

  • Royal Mail operational delays
  • Customs processing
  • Severe weather or unexpected disruptions

Zutra is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel cannot be delivered, Zutra cannot guarantee successful re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel needs to be re-sent.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If you believe your order has been lost or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the issue with the courier.

If a parcel is confirmed as delivered by the courier, Zutra is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
